There was a Screw Under the Power Supply that shorted it out. + There no communications was form a dead MC1488\/1489 chips I replaced them with the USB Modification. After servicing the power supply I proceeded to check the calibration. Found it missing the -5V prob was taken out same time the\u00a0 MC1488\/1489 were taken out as it is ona\u00a0 pin for the serial connector.
