HB 1483 focuses on consumer electronics, while SB 5680 concerns mobility devices like powered wheelchairs. These laws grant consumers and independent repair providers access to parts, tools, and information needed to repair electronic and mobility devices.<\/p>\n<p>I was in attendance at the Signing of the Bills..<\/p>\n<p><iframe title=\"Right to Repair Signed In to Law Washington State\" width=\"640\" height=\"360\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/YZmkYD7PabE?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>This was a short notice trip. I had to cancel some scheduled work and sent to other repair shop to be in attendance. I\u00a0 dont expect to see them clients again! Ohh well! This\u00a0 was an all day event..<\/p>\n<p>A 2 hour Drive to the State Capital..<br \/>\n<a
