Farewell to My Trusty Old Sonoma LP Grill\u2014It’s Finally Retired “Died”, and I’ve Decided Not to Resuscitate It.<\/p>\n

Seven years ago, I snagged this gem at a garage sale for a mere $50.00, I invested some time and effort to install three burners, and transformed it into a culinary workhorse. The 100% stainless steel shell with a high chromium content made it worthwhile back then, but alas, its time has come to an end. Now, I’m ready to embark on a new grilling adventure with a Pellet Smoker\/Grill. So many Choices witch to Choose?<\/p>\n

As I explore my options, a few models have caught my eye:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Pitts & Spitts Maverick 1250<\/li>\n
  2. Pitts & Spitts Maverick 850<\/li>\n
  3. Yoder YS640<\/li>\n
  4. Yoder YS480<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Since I am with out a Grill and For a quick fix from the big box store, I’m considering:<\/p>\n

      \n
    1. Green Mountain Grills Jim Bowie Pellet Grill<\/li>\n
    2. Louisiana Grills Champion Competition Pro<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Its, been a couple weeks and I Bid farewell to the stove top, as I’ve had my fair share of burns\u2014it’s time to elevate my grilling game!<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

      As a Quick fix I managed to snag a 4 Month old Like New Green Mountain Grills Jim Bowie off Craigslist for an incredibly reasonable price. The only hitch was a faulty igniter and temperature sensor, a mere $30.00 to and less then an hour in time remedy it. Even with these minor repairs, it’s was an absolute steal, and I’m thrilled to report that I’m into it for less than two hundred bucks. The grilling journey continues, and this smoking “phun” deal has me eager to fire up the grill once again!<\/p>\n

      Yep that is 2 family size 16″ PM Pizza’s on the Grill.. Over Cooked them massively but learned a lesson..<\/p>\n

      Some Super Market (Known but Unknown) Frozen Take N Bake!\u00a0 On Pizza Stones!! Wood Fired Pizza Hell Yes!
      \n      \"\"<\/a>
      \nRight Side Very Hot, Maybe I Need Pizza The GMG Pizza Oven! Not Really!! Manageable! but If GMG wants to send me a pizza oven well?? I will try it..yea!<\/p>\n

      \nLittle Crispy But Darn Good.. For Frozen A Self Rising Crust Frozen take & bake Pizza On Wood Fired Grill? OMG.. 10 times better then the oven!!<\/p>\n

      \nI even got a prime Lid and hinges just need to make a handle still under 2 bengimins.. but talking gift factor!! Not Real World..
      \n      \"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

      Update, As of December 2023 I am still Using the GMG Grill!! It is an awesome appliance I use it almost daily. So much for going with the Yoder or Pitts & Spitts I am happy with the GMG!<\/p>\n
