The LX4ASMR48QFNXC is a socket card used with BPM Microsystems programming adapters, primarily targeting the Ember EM357  a 2.4 GHz IEEE 802.15.4/ZigBee SoC. With a list price of $1,030.64, this is not a cheap consumable, which makes understanding its internal construction all the more worthwhile. An X-ray gives us a look inside without any destructive disassembly.
