Firmware Binaries Backups From U20 27C512

I have Confirmed the numbers scratch in to the chip are the sertial # or Programmer ID’s and the Add on units will work if you connect a Serial Cable to the Headers.
I Have Compare the Files the Only difference is on line 6D00 6D01,

You Can use a Hex Calculator 05 7C in hex is 1404 in Decimal and 05 1E IS 1310 Consistent with the numbers scratch on the chip and that read back of the machine number when software is connected. So anyone can make custom machine id’s now simple to do.

I am Not Sure where it is pick up the level form.
One of the programmers is level 2 but there is nothing in the firmware of the chips I backed up
