BPM Microsystems 2800 APS Site Teardown Inspection

The 2800 is BPM Microsystems 8th Generation Universal Programmer it is a diffrent vairent then the standard 2800 as it is used the BPM Microsystems 3800 MK2 Automated programming System (APS)

I decided I would remove 1 of the 3 Sites form the BPM Microsytems 3800 MK2 APS and Disassemble it and get some photos.

Removal Was Simple Remove the Socket Adapters, T-Posts and 4 Screws the Trim Ring Comes Off.

Remove the Trim Ring it Just Lifts Out.

Remove 4 More Screws That Holds the Site Down.

Remove the 4 Screws.

Insert the T-Posts and Carefully Lift Out the Site. There will be wires attached.

You Will need to disconnect the red and black Wire J5 and the White USB Cable its a tight fit go easy.

The BPM Microssytems 2800 APS Site is On the Bench… (Yes Cottie Cat Hair and All) Yea io could have cleaned up a little better.

Lets Start Tearing it Down!!! For Inspection. Bottom of the Programmer

Removal of the First Board. 3 Screws… and 3 what appear to be ground wires.

I am done for the night!!! Check Back Later! With More!! Making these blog Post takes lot of time..
