License Grant

By downloading or using photographs from this website, you are granted a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use the photos for non-commercial purposes only, subject to these terms.

Ownership

Rhine USA Corp. retains all copyright and ownership rights to the photos. This license does not transfer ownership to you.

No Warranty

Photos are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. Rhine USA Corp is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the photos.

Takedown Requests

Rhine USA Corp reserves the right to request removal of any photo at any time for any reason. Upon receiving a takedown request, you must remove the photo(s) within 48 hours. Takedown requests will be sent to the contact information you provided or posted publicly on our website or other public record such as a registered agent filed with Secretary of State.

Termination

We may revoke this license at any time if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you must stop using the photos.
