Cami Research M3U Cableys Cable Tester Broken USB Port.
Here is the Fault On the Bridge Check (High Impedance). Bridges Between the Following Testpoints Pin 1-75, 2-75,  and counting.

When I get time I will look in to it and publish the fix. Sadly no schematics from Cami Research so I will need to make the time for in-depth diagnostics and possible a reverse engineering session. While I try and find the time, I will reach-out to Cami Research again for repair documents this time Under Oregon SB1596 Right to Repair Jan 01 2025.  Here is their expired Patent Cami Research Cableeye Patent US5280251 has some Useful info.
Cami Research M3U Error Bridge Check (High Impedance)
There is No Fault when self test is done on the first bank of 64 so the Issue must be in Bank 65-128.

Backed up the firmware form the C8051F230’s form Both These Units I have Filed away for Safe Keeping.
