This is a Data I/O Corp. “Expansion RAM BD.” (P/N 701-2114-001, copyright 1986). Date codes on the chips run from late 1985 to mid-1987 (8702 to 8726), so it was built around mid-1987. It’s a DRAM expansion card for one of the Unisite Universal Programmer with a 6800 Dip CPU Board Number 701-2012-008 there was another board with a 2 30pin Sim Slots on the board this will not work.

I have tried the pal/gal chips that I could find for U91 and U92 to be able to add sims to this board I have not been successful. When plugged it only reports 512kb user memory 384 KB on this board and 128kb on the Data I/O Unisite Main Board. I have tried 256K and 1 Meg 30 pin simms in pairs in different configurations to a full boat with no luck. If anyone has the pal/gal jed file for a set amount of ram 1mb or more let me know.
